National Police Credit Union COVID-19 Update

Dear Members,

The health and well-being of our members and staff continue to be our top priority. As such, we are regularly monitoring the fluidity of the situation surrounding COVID-19 and the rapidly-evolving set of local and federal recommendations and protocols put in place on a daily basis.

At this time, the Credit Union is operating under normal business hours and business has not been impacted, however, our Kentucky, Arizona and Texas Business Offices are open by appointment only. 

Our Call Center continues to operate M - F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Central Standard Time).

We will continue to accept loan and membership applications online and over the phone. 

Members who use the Shared Branch locator should be able to see if a location has a modification in hours or access. The Mobile locator will not display notices. If a member no longer sees a location they have been using listed in the locator’s results, it is because that credit union has either temporarily closed their branch or suspended Shared Branch services.

As a reminder, funds deposited into your Credit Union account are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) for up to $250,000. 

The Credit Union remains fully prepared to handle all of your financial needs. We will continue to communicate with you via email, our website and social media if and as circumstances necessitate.
